The contact form collects your name, email, phone number (optional) and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and, where applicable, managing your appointment request.

3. Mandatory nature of the data

The fields marked as mandatory in the contact form (name, email and message) are required in order to handle your enquiry; the phone number is optional. Not providing the mandatory data prevents your request from being processed. The user warrants that the data provided are truthful and undertakes to report any changes.

4. Health data (special category — GDPR)

Health-related data constitute a special category of personal data under Article 9 of the GDPR. Health data processed within the therapeutic relationship are handled under professional secrecy, on the basis of the explicit consent of the data subject (art. 9.2.a GDPR) and the healthcare purpose (art. 9.2.h GDPR), and are NOT collected through this website. Please do not include sensitive clinical information in the contact form.

5. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing the form data is the consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box before submitting.

6. Retention and recipients

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and to meet applicable legal obligations. Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. The site is hosted on the controller's own infrastructure and no external processors are used to handle the messages received.

This site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies for its operation (CSRF protection on the contact form and, where applicable, the admin panel session). In line with the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, these cookies are exempt from the consent requirement, so no cookie banner is shown. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used, and no third-party resources are loaded: fonts are served from this same site.
