Do you offer online therapy?
Our therapy sessions are conducted entirely online. This provides a 100% safe, confidential, and barrier-free space where we can support you from the comfort of your own home, or whichever environment you prefer.
Can I modify or cancel a session?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a session as long as you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to reorganize our schedule and offer that time slot to someone else who might need it. In the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure, we will evaluate each situation on an individual basis.
How do I know if I need to see a therapist?
You don’t need to be going through a massive crisis to start therapy. In fact, many people come to us simply because they feel like something isn't right, even if they can't pinpoint exactly what it is.
Maybe you’ve been feeling more anxious, sad, or overwhelmed lately. Perhaps you’re struggling to set boundaries, manage your emotions, sleep well, connect with others, or simply enjoy things the way you used to. Or maybe you just feel the need to understand yourself better and don't know where to start.
You don’t have to have all the answers or be able to perfectly explain what’s happening to you. Sometimes, all you need is a safe space and outside support to help you make sense of what you’re going through, understand yourself, and find new ways to cope with what’s on your mind.
If a part of you feels like something needs to change, it’s probably already a good time to reach out for help.
When and how should I pay for the sessions?
Payment for the sessions must always be made before each session. You can pay by card through our payment gateway, via Bizum (a Spanish instant mobile payment platform), or by bank transfer. At the start of your therapy, we will provide you with a document containing all the payment details so you can choose the method that works best for you.
How can I book an online therapy session?
To book an online therapy session, all you need to do is fill out our form, indicating your availability and the reason for your visit. In less than 24 hours, we will contact you via WhatsApp to schedule your first session.
How frequent are the therapy sessions?
The frequency of therapy depends on each individual and their specific needs. Initially, weekly sessions are usually recommended to establish a solid foundation for the process. Over time, we can space them out to every two weeks or adjust them to whatever best suits your progress. However, we will always adapt to what feels most comfortable and beneficial for you.
Which platform is used for the online therapy sessions?
The online therapy sessions are conducted via Google Meet. It’s a very simple process: before each session, the therapist will send you a link, and you will just need to click on it to join. You can connect from your computer, tablet, or mobile phone without needing to install any additional software.
