About me

Allow yourself to start over as many times as you need

Ángela García Raya

Hi, I'm Ángela, a general health psychologist specialising in supporting adults and couples. My purpose is to walk alongside you in your personal process from a close, human and deeply respectful perspective. For me, the key is to build a safe, judgement-free space where you feel truly heard, understood and supported.

My way of working stems from an integrative approach. This means I don't believe in rigid methodologies; on the contrary, I adapt therapy to the uniqueness of each person, combining different tools according to what you need at any given moment. Although I have solid training in cognitive behavioural therapy, couples therapy and gender-based violence, my main areas of specialisation are trauma work and neurodivergence.

I firmly believe in the power of the therapeutic bond and in teamwork. I see therapy as a shared, two-way process. Through sensitivity, observation and constant adaptation, together we will make sense of what hurts or weighs on you, while identifying everything in your life that needs to be cared for and healed.

My ultimate goal is for you to find in me a healthy, warm refuge for the hard moments, but also a boost for your growth. I want to support you in reconnecting with yourself, understanding your story better and building a full, authentic life aligned with who you really are and what you truly need.
